True Self Academy
A Yoga School which Offers Trainings, Programs, Retreats and Private Sessions.
Owned and Operated by Rachel Anne Hoath
True Self Academy is dedicated to supporting women and children through the application of yoga and it's spiritual principles.
Yoga is a practice capable of transforming one into a happier, more aware, balanced and dynamic being.
In January 2016 True Self Academy opened its doors as Rachel taught it's first yoga teacher training at Center for Healing Therapies in Southeastern Connecticut. Since that time the academy has grown to be much more than just a yoga school, now offering online programs and in person retreats.
