A free (for now) 6 part program, aimed at self betterment through simple,
easy practices which will improve ones daily experience!
This program is for the busy woman who:
is working to best express the potential of their body, mind, and spirit
would appreciate more non-judgmental support and positivity
Through fast, home exercises which focus on the care, awareness and acceptance of self each woman will:
release stress and judgement
gain more simplicity, gratitude and understanding
become more effective with time spent
experience more fulfillment and relaxation
This 6 Part Program Includes:
a 6 part series of simple exercises that are guaranteed to help you get more present, calm and connected to your True Self
an online forum where one can share experiences and seek support
lifelong access to the material
This program is NOT:
Take the pressure off yourself.
Practice as much or as little of the program as your schedule and interest allows.
Take as long as you need with lifelong access to the program.
This program was created so that each participant would only need to invest between 5-10 minutes a day to start seeing major changes in as little as 6 weeks. In order to make permanent change in one’s life the individual must have time to integrate information and routines at a pace appropriate to them. For this reason, the Journey Back program includes lifelong access to the material and is released as a whole.
A Program Unique to Your Individual Needs
Feel free to chop and change what parts of the program you work on at a time. It is encouraged though to start at Part 1 and sequentially work up to Part 6. To get the most benefit spend 2 weeks devoted to each part this way you do not overload your already busy life.
